Privacy policy

MarquePhare is the controller of the data collected through the application. For any question about your data: contact@marquephare.com.

Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted).

Usage data: projects, prompts and content you create in the application.

Technical data: IP address and connection logs, for security purposes.

Payment: handled by Stripe; we do not store your banking details.

Providing the service (AI visibility tracking, content generation).

Securing accounts and preventing abuse.

Billing subscriptions.

Performance of the contract (providing the service) and our legitimate interest in securing the platform.

Data is kept for as long as your account is active. When the account is deleted, it is erased or anonymized, except where the law requires us to keep it (billing).

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), OpenAI and DataForSEO (on-demand processing), Vectorize (assistant memory, Hindsight service). These providers do not use your data for their own purposes.

On public pages, Phary is an AI assistant: its answers are generated automatically (OpenAI) from MarquePhare's public information.

We do not keep your conversations with Phary. Only the contact details you choose to send through its form are stored, with a summary of your request, so we can reply.

To limit abuse, we count your messages using an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, computed with a secret key and renewed every day: it cannot be used to recover your address or to follow you from one day to the next, and it is deleted automatically once expired.

To remember your clients' context between conversations, Phary keeps short facts you told it (goals, constraints, decisions, preferences). They are stored with Vectorize (Hindsight service), a processor, and in our database; never your measurements or full conversations.

You can see and delete them in AI knowledge base → What Phary knows, and in Settings, where you can also turn memory off. They are deleted with the project or the account.

The free audit only reads the public pages of the site you enter, and asks ChatGPT (OpenAI) one question based on the business you describe. The result is kept for 24 hours to avoid running the same analysis twice, then retained to measure use of the service.

If you request the report by email, we store your address with your consent, to send it to you (Resend) and to contact you about MarquePhare. You can ask us to stop contacting you and to erase this data at any time.

To limit abuse, audits are counted using the same encrypted, daily-renewed fingerprint of your IP address as the assistant.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Account deletion (right to erasure) is available under Settings → Security.

We only use strictly necessary cookies (session, theme and language preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
